Project Needs:

MAGTF Logistics Support Systems consists of the Common Logistics Command and Control System (CLC2S) and the Transportation Capacity Planning Tool (TCPT). These are unique tools that integrate personnel, supplies, and equipment, providing actual Logistics Command and Control and Transportation Management capabilities to the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF). CLC2S and TCPT are deployed around the world to support Marine Corps operations and exercises. The Marine Corps requires top-of-the-line sustainment and service support to keep these systems at the leading edge of Marine Corps logistics operations.

Entelliteq’s (previously IR Tech) Solution

The Marine Corps benefits from superior Field Support management bringing CLC2S and TCPT users up to speed quickly and accurately. Furthermore, Entelliteq employs an industry-standard Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) cost-effective 24×7 Service Desk and provides structured Cybersecurity, Configuration Management, User Training, Systems Integration, Data Conversion, and other services to support the systems.

Our development team utilizes Agile SCRUM development processes and maintains a continuous refresh cycle, updating the systems to modern operating systems and internet frameworks.

Results

MLS2 is in use by all three MEFs and most MEUs and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in addition to other AOR’s. MLS2 was employed in over 100 operations and exercises in FY-16. Only logistics system accredited and employed on NIPRNET, SIPRNET, CENTRIX, and commercial networks.

We have conducted over 20 releases on the system with no major bugs or system downtimes. New capabilities for the Marine Corps include real-time MPF offload monitoring, Unit Level Ammunition, Bulk Liquid, and Joint Personnel Reporting, Feasibility of Support management, tactical dispatch and management of convoys, and vehicle MISHAP and Safety data collection and reporting.

High levels of user satisfaction with the program due to the successful training and support program in place resulting in MLS2 acceptance across the operating forces. The MLS2 user base has grown from 5000 users when Entelliteq became the prime vendor to over 12000 users today.
